Most Canadians already have their own definition of what a Good federal, provincial, municipal government is, what Good governmental ministers, elected officials should do and do.

Firstly they look equally after the good welfare of all the people in Canada, all of them and provide the related needed services and not rather use their offices, positions to help themselves and their own party, selected few. They reduce governmental wastes, thefts now as well and not rather help to increase it.

The lying spins can change the facts, truths even as to why Harper will never have a majority government .  Like I have often said the truth and the news media confirms it, the new Conservatives clearly had lied when they had said elects us and we will show ourselves to be a better government, better than the others before us, but now instead they show us daily how big liars they are , mere spin doctors, rather cut throat pirates.... and now why do they have to resort to spins.. their  reality, truth is embarrassing to all.. Sowing false preferences, discrimination , partiality,  patronage hiring's, dictatorial approach, lying, a common conservative trait as we all have seen done by even Stephen Harper in the last 2 years, are  also something most Canadians will also not accept of any new Conservative Canadian government, leader too.  The New Conservative Government under Stephen Harper has also wrongfully been guilty much wrong doing now as well. Most understandably Canadians also now for along time had a complaint, resentment against the Canadian Foreign affairs department, civil servants that while they were helping the others they were not doing enough to protects immediately Canadian Citizens now abroad as well. The real  results undeniably show it. The New Conservative Government under Stephen Harper has also wrongfully been guilty of this  poor inactions now well in the Mexico Pat Martin affair as well. And on top of all the "Hidden agenda", these two words have dogged Stephen Harper's political ambitions for years. The suspicions of a "hidden agenda", and being a right wing George Bush clone, does hurt  Stephen Harper's chances of becoming a majority government in Canada, plus Harpers still too often lying, dictatorial, contradictory, immoral behaviors too, and  his clear neglect to look after the good welfare of all the citizens of Canada, equally of all the males and females, all persons of all ages, rich or poor, and irrespective of their ethnic backgrounds now too,  and not rather the selected few. The subsequent new Conservative  lying spins can change the facts, truths even as to why Harper will never have a majority government.  Reality: New Conservative Ottawa losing credibility  over and over again.. as posted on the net too..

"Ottawa losing credibility due to Mexican prisoner saga: legal expert Charles Rusnell, Canwest News ServicePublished: Thursday, March 27, 2008 EDMONTON-The Harper government's inconsistent foreign policy on legal and human rights is undermining Canada's international credibility, a top legal expert says.    http://www.canada.com/globaltv/national/story.html?id=c5685bc2-2cef-474d-8eb2-380615e562e9

"Callers to radio phone-in shows scripted by Conservative headquarters  Tue, 2008-03-25 17:56. THE CANADIAN PRESS OTTAWA - Next time you're listening to your favourite radio phone-in show, those pro-Conservative opinions you hear from callers might not be as spontaneous as they sound. Some of those apparently ad-libbed musings are actually being choreographed at the Conservative Party of Canada's national headquarters.

Excuse the Langauge but the RCMP deserve it, for  the RCMP are clearly falsey, still mainly "confirmed fools" who wrongfully too often do  think they are above the laws of the country and are above all accountability. Disband this unacceptable, demonic group and set up a new, decent Canada wide police force ASAP too.

"OTTAWA - The RCMP, stung by criticism over secrecy, is rethinking its decision to strip Taser reports of crucial information after the public safety minister demanded a second look.  In a statement late Wednesday, Commissioner William Elliott said he had ordered "a further review" of recently released copies of forms detailing use of the electronic weapons "to determine if additional information" should be released. ."It is anticipated that this review can be completed within two weeks." A spokesman for Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day said the minister "has asked for and received assurances from the commissioner that the RCMP will further review the matter." The RCMP announcement came just hours after the police force said it stood by a decision to withhold details of Taser firings, including whether the suspect was armed and any injuries caused by the stun gun. Sgt. Sylvie Tremblay said the Mounties had released "all the information that could be provided" under the Access to Information Act when it disclosed newly reclassified and heavily censored records last week. "The RCMP is committed to respecting the public's right to know while upholding the law and protecting the privacy rights of individuals," Tremblay said in an interview. "Requesters may challenge the RCMP's application of various exemptions . . . should they be dissatisfied with the processing of their request." Critics said that's a lame excuse for shielding details that were once routinely disclosed. A joint investigation by The Canadian Press and CBC found the Mounties are now censoring key elements that must be recorded each time officers draw their electronic weapons. The force no longer reveals whether Tasered people were armed or not, the precise dates of firings, and whether the device caused any burns, cuts or bruises. As a result, Canadians know much less about who is being hit with the contentious 50,000-volt guns and under what circumstances. Advocates of more openness point out the names and addresses of Tasered people are already struck from the forms, making further deletions unnecessary. "The leadership of the RCMP appears to have a tin ear for what the public wants in relation to Taser use," says Frank Addario, president of the Criminal Lawyers' Association. "It seems obvious that the public wants transparency in relation to the training and circumstances in which this . . . device is used, limitations on its use after any apparent threat to public or officer safety is managed and, above all, thorough training of police officers in advance of using these devices." Another RCMP spokesman, Troy Lightfoot, has said internal analysis of Taser reports concluded the painful weapons were being used correctly. Newspaper editorials and opposition critics and newspaper editorials say that amounts to a "just-trust-us" approach.  Opposition MPs on an all-party Commons committee studying Tasers say the force must be held to account. "I think the RCMP, by doing this, is losing a lot of credibility on the way they handle the Taser," says Bloc Quebecois MP Serge Menard. "It makes us more suspicious. "One thing is for sure, we're going to examine the documents that you've got, and we'll see if we can get some more ourselves." The Mounties said they correctly withheld information on the forms under provisions of the information law related to personal privacy and police investigations. Tremblay had no comment when asked if the RCMP broke the law by previously releasing details that it now insists must be protected. A Canadian Press analysis last November of 563 cases between 2002 and 2005 found three in four suspects Tasered by the RCMP were unarmed. Several of those reports suggested a pattern of stun-gun use as a convenient means of keeping drunk or rowdy people in line, rather than to defuse major clashes. Nineteen people in Canada have died soon after being Tasered. Manufacturer Taser International stresses that its device has never been directly blamed for a death, although it has been cited as a contributing factor in several cases. Amnesty International is among observers who've called for a suspension of Taser use pending an independent, comprehensive study of risks and benefits. The weapon is hugely popular with police who say it's a much safer and efficient alternative to the baton, pepper spray and gun. "

I admit I rightfully have too many beefs about the much to many crooks in Canada, the  Corporate and the Professional ones now included, yes even about the much too many bad cops, RCMP included now, that  we have in big cities or in small towns.. yes I am rightfully unhappy the mostly those pretentious cops who fail to catch most of the criminals because they are busy pretending they are enforcing the laws by going after money making traffic tickets and clogging up the courts with them. Especially since we all can know that speed itself is not the cause of most accidents, injuries, deaths on the highways but rather bad drivers, and alcoholics still too. It may appear to Stephen Harper PM., Solicitor General, security minister Stockwell Day MP, that they are doing the right thing now in hiring even more bad cops, supporting the too often murderous taser cops,   because they are  supposedly supporting law and order, or the rather the too often abusive police thugs, mere criminals hiding behind a police badge, but these politicians they  are not fooling most of the citizens for it is clear that they are merely trying to buy, get votes falsely with his Police issue and they firstly basically, really are not concerned with real justice, for otherwise they would have a long time ago dealt with the much too many bad police, and their   abuse of authority, citizens, the police  false denial of real justice, obstruction of justice even and the new Conservatives they are rather helping to cover-up the too many police abuses in Canada, even the too many bad cops who should never have been hired and should firstly have been fired a long time ago.

PS: When will we even rightfully first get real honest, decent federal and provincial Justice Ministers, solicitor generals in Canada for a start too? How is it when I go to the police stations that  too I often see most of the cops now having a good time joking with the cops in the police stations and they are not on the road doing their jobs? And how come when they are on the road I often witness them driving around, speeding, having a good time and not catching the real criminals now still too? And do many of them still go to the police tavern after work and drive drunk home next still too?
Is the RCMP paying back the BC solictor General? because an Independent reviewer was named to report on the BC RCMP

As a person who has spend most of his life in Canada the last 50 years even I was shocked to discover not only how basically dishonest, bad the cops, pastors, lawyers, accountants, realtors are in Canada but I learned firsthand also often as how dirty they play when you try to complain about any of  the bad guys.. they continue to play dirty. The RCMP as well and they often do lie in my own many experiences with them now too.  Is the RCMP paying back the BC solictor General? because an Independent reviewer was  named to report on the BC RCMP

My own often wrong, unaccepted  firsthand Canadian experiences is that when you blow a whistle on the Police in Canada they next tend to falsely TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU, obstruct justice, harass you, THEY DO investigate the whistle blower. Just a few Hours after me writing "When will we even rightfully first get real honest, decent federal and provincial Justice Ministers, solicitor generals in Canada for a start too?" the solicitor general of BC next resigned.. but now is he a bad Guy or was another good guy forced to resign by the bad guys? Is the RCMP on a fishing expedition, paying back the BC solicitor General because the BC  provincial government had ordered a full public inquiry into the Oct. 14 Vancouver airport RCMP  incident??? well?? and also what about those undeniably related  bad murderous RCMP have any of them yet  been fully rightfully prosecuted as promised yet too?
